On the sunny terrace above the Puster Valley, in Taisten at around 1,200 m, we are at home. As a vet, Urban cares for small animals and livestock in Welsberg-Taisten and the surrounding area – and together with Irmgard he keeps bees on the flower meadows around the village and in the high country, where the Alpine rose blooms.

Dandelion honey from the spring meadows, rare Alpine rose honey from the high country – plus bee pollen and propolis. Straight from the hive, straight to your door.

Two Gold Diplomas
At the Euregio Honey Award 2025 both honeys we entered received the Gold Diploma – each with 100 out of 110 points. We also had our honey independently analysed in a laboratory; the full result is publicly available.
