Livestock – the on-farm visit is standard
The Puster and Casies valleys are still genuine farming country: family farms, small herds, well-kept alpine pastures. For cattle, sheep, goats and other livestock we come to the farm as a matter of course – for us the on-farm visit is the norm, not the exception.
